On-Site Floor Plans

This option is only for homes in the Middle Tennessee areas, primarily Williamson, Davidson and Maury counties. We will come directly to the home, take measurements and draw up the floor plans. Then the final product will be emailed to you as a .JPEG file. You can then upload it just as a photo to any website or use in any print formats.

Here's The Process For On-Site Service Floor Plans:

Step 1
We will setup a time that is convenient to come to the home, take precise measurements and draw out the layout of the house and each room.

Step 2
We take the measurements and computer draft a high quality floor plan of the home. The final product will be an image file of the floor plan in either a .JPEG or .PDF format (whichever you prefer).

Step 3
We will send you the file via email or on a physical cd, whichever you prefer. You can then upload the file online to the listing or print it in your sales brochures. The floor plan can be resized to fit your media format.
